Hatha Flow Yoga (Wed, Thu, Fri)

A hatha vinyasa style flow yoga class incorporating movement, breath work and time for meditation/relaxation. Each week a theme is selected and is adapted to meet the needs of the group of the day.
The evening sessions can be strong and dynamic. The Thursday morning group is gentler and more suitable for those returning to yoga or looking for something less intense.
